Yasmeen Alamin is a senior and a first-year staff member of The Journal. She is involved in various extracurriculars, including Key Club, the PHS science teams, and Diversity Student Union. In her spare time, Yasmeen enjoys playing guitar and keeping up with all things Marvel and DC Comics.

Senior Brooklyn Craig stands with her favorite teacher Jordan Moore who teaches Spanish and Ethnic Studies. Señora Moore is an awesome teacher, said Craig. She has taught me so much about different cultures through her Ethnic Studies class and Diversity Student Union.

Senior Lucian Baumgartner stands with his favorite teacher Jennifer Fleshman who teaches math. Shes really nice and funny, and we kind of egg each other on, said Baumgartner. Shell make fun of my pencils a lot, and Ill make fun of the fact that she doesnt grade stuff in a very timely manner. But shes been a really fun teacher to have, and I think I was blessed to have her for two classes.
